Water testing includes:

Consultation with the client regarding the correct sampling of water for analysis and sending it to the laboratory
Coordination of the client's address for sending empty containers and instructions related to the shipping process
Receiving the package from the client and forwarding it to the laboratory
Water analysis
Feedback to the client and selecting a system to address the water issue

Total hardness
Total iron
Electrical conductivity
Permanganate index
Total alkalinity
Copper
Manganese

The cost is refunded when ordering a complete solution for the home: a softener, pre-filtration, and an osmosis system.
