Water analysis for system selection

To select the system, it is necessary to check the water based on the following parameters:
1. pH
2. Permanganate index
3. Total hardness
4. Total iron
5. Electrical conductivity
6. Sulfates
7. Sulfides
8. Manganese
9. Ammonium
10. Nitrate

Microbiological analysis can also be performed for an additional fee – 30 € (available only in Harjumaa, from Monday to Wednesday; one extra bottle of water is required. Delivery via parcel terminal is not possible).

The cost is refunded when ordering an osmosis system, a softener or a complete solution for the home.

Chemical analysis is conducted on-site using a photometer (photometric method).

Advantages of conducting chemical analysis on-site include:

reducing the likelihood of changes in the sample composition, which may occur due to storage and transportation.

minimizing costs and time required for the analysis.

a photometer provides sufficient accuracy for choosing systems designed for household use.

If a more detailed water analysis is required, we recommend contacting a certified laboratory.

How to take a water sample:

For the analysis, you will need 1–1.5 liters of water, divided into two separate bottles of at least 0.5 L each.
Please use regular drinking water bottles – do not use soda or juice bottles, as these may alter the chemical properties of the sample.

1. Open the cold water tap and let the water run for 10 minutes.
2. Fill both bottles to the top.
3. Bring the samples to our showroom: Katusepapi 44, Tallinn.

Water samples for analysis are accepted from Monday to Thursday, 9:00–16:00, and on Fridays from 9:00–12:00. Please notify us in advance by phone at +372 60022255 when you plan to bring your water sample.
The water sample must be delivered to the office as soon as possible, but no later than within 12 hours. During transportation, it should be kept in a cool place and protected from light.

If you prefer to send the sample via parcel locker:

1. While making a purchase in our online store, select "Pakiautomaat" (Parcel Locker) as the delivery method in your cart.

2. We will send you a kit containing:

- 2 suitable water bottles
- Instructions
- Return packaging

3. Fill the bottles as instructed and send them back to us via parcel locker.

Within 1–3 working days after receiving the water sample, we will send you a detailed overview of the water quality and a personalized recommendation for a suitable home water treatment system.
