We offer fast delivery for all our products to all UK Mainland addresses*.
All items less than 2 kilograms in weight will be posted by Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery.
All items over 2 kilograms in weight will be posted by Parcel Force, DPD or UPS .

Please thoroughly inspect the item upon receipt.
Should an order delivery be incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours or should an order be lost in transit, we may not send replacement items immediately.
Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Rules.
If for any reason you change your mind simply return the goods to us and we will refund you.
You can change your mind within 30 days after delivery.
All we do require is that the goods returned in their original new condition.
When returning goods please contact us first and tell us what is the problem.
If we cannot help you to resolve the problem please post your item to us and include your invoice in the parcel.
We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
This speeds up the refund process.
