Personal Data - This is personal data held on suppliers, contractors and employees. We will store customer data when "opt in" box is ticked.
New GDPR Regulations are effective from May 2018.

Personal Data is held electronically where appropriate.
For employee, supplier and contractor data, this will be held indefinitely.

Any breaches will be initially investigated by the company's Data Protection Officer. The ICO will be informed.
Subjects are free to request what data is held on them. We will provide this information within 30 days from date of request in writing.
If any data is requested on a subject, then assuming the subject grants permission to share it (in writing) then the information will be transmitted in writing.
There will be a £5 fee/charge for disclosing data held on any particular subject.
No data is held in any of the companies regarding children.
