During the warranty period, the consumer has the right to demand a free repair of defective goods. We provide warranty repair for products sold in the www.aquaphor.ee online store (excluding replacement filters and membranes).

The warranty period is 2 years. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase of the product.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

The warranty does not apply in case of breakdowns or damage to the equipment caused by the following reasons:
  • Non-compliance with the equipment's installation, usage, and maintenance instructions.

  • Incorrect or irregular replacement of filters.

  • The equipment or its components have visible mechanical, thermal, or chemical damage.

  • The serial number has been altered, removed, or cannot be identified.

  • To request warranty repair, please fill out the form.

  • In most cases, the technician can fix the issue on-site.

  • If an inspection is required to determine the cause of the malfunction, the cost of the inspection will be 25 €+ transportation fees.

  • After the inspection, you will receive a report indicating the cause of the malfunction.

  • - If the inspection reveals that the malfunction was caused by failure to follow the installation, usage, and maintenance requirements of the equipment, the customer will be responsible for the costs of the inspection, transportation, and subsequent repairs.

    - In case of a malfunction or defect caused by the manufacturer, the cost of repairs, including expenses for spare parts, transportation, and inspection, will be covered by the manufacturer.
