Chlorine removal filters

A quality under-sink filter is an effective solution for removing chlorine and organochlorines from drinking water. AQUAPHOR filter cartridges contain coconut shell activated carbon, which adsorbs harmful impurities (not only chlorine, but also petroleum products, pesticides and other dissolved pollutants).

Pitcher filters are less productive than the bigger under-counter water treatment systems, but their filter media also contains high-quality activated carbon, which actively fights chlorine.

Reverse osmosis filters are the most advanced protection against chlorine and any other pollutants. A special membrane allows only water to pass through, and impurities (including hardness salts — the main cause of scale in the kettle) go into the drain.
